Hey everyone! We’re building Hop, new mentorship platform for Design Buddies.
We’re doing our best to build this right. I’ve got 50 1:1 calls with founding mentors joining for feedback, and gonna schedule 50 more with founding mentees soon. Iterating after every call too.
For founding mentors, we’re looking for senior level and beyond designers with some experience mentoring and willing to give product feedback
As a founding mentor, you get:

I’m personally 1:1 taking feedback and onboarding all founding mentors and mentees to make sure we’re building something that’s helpful
Mentees must write a personalized note what they want to get out of their mentorship session
Join our secret founding mentors group chat with other senior+ designers
Exploring with group mentorship sessions
After we’ve got design mentorship going, we’ll explore adding a talent collective/job board and feed to share your work and process!
After we onboard our first 50 founding mentors, we’re opening it up to founding mentees (hopefully this week).
